Hi, I'm Rahul Sanjay Panchal — Founder of Alena, an AI-powered mock interview platform that I built from scratch using Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, OpenAI APIs, and Deepgram. I launched the MVP in 5 days during the OpenAI Hackathon and grew it into a production-ready product with 1,000+ users and approximately $4,000 in revenue.

Before Alena, I worked as Chief Technical Officer at PalmStateGroup, where I built DentalScan from 0→1 across backend, frontend, database, legal flows, patient/dentist workflows, and deployment. I also implemented multi-country pricing, currency handling, and compliance workflows (HIPAA/GDPR/LATAM), enabling the product to expand into new markets with audit-safe processes.

Previously, I worked as an AI Product Developer at Vega Digital (venture studio arm of QI3P), where I built an AI-powered campaign planner in 4 days using Perplexity & Gemini APIs to recommend ad platforms, keywords, competitors, and local events. I integrated DataForSEO for keyword validation, delivering full campaign recommendations in under 10 seconds.

Earlier, I worked at InternOptima, Let’s Grow More, and The Spark Foundation, building full-stack systems, REST APIs, real-time features, and scalable databases. I enjoy shipping fast, taking ownership, and building products that users actually rely on.

I completed my Master’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Arlington, after earning my Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College. I’m passionate about solving complex problems and exploring the fields of Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence, and I enjoy participating in hackathons, contributing to open-source, and building impactful products. I have experience building products from 0 to 1 and scaling them from 1 to 100 to support real users at scale.
